How to use Nurotil Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nurotil 5mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Nurotil Tablet works
Nurotil 5mg Tablet works by blocking dopamine receptor in the brain and gut which trigger nausea and vomiting. It works in schizophrenia at high dose by blocking dopamine in certain brain regions that affect thoughts and mood.

Side Effects:

Common Drowsiness, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing).

It should not be taken by patients who are allergic to prochlorperazine or any of the other ingredients of the tablet or syrup like sucrose.
